This website (abdallahhussein.com) is run by Abdallah Hussein, a freelance IT and automation specialist based in Cairo, Egypt. If you have any question about this policy, email contact@abdallahhussein.com.
What I collect
Contact form. When you send a message, I collect your name, email address and message. The message is stored in my database (hosted by Supabase) and delivered to my inbox by email (sent through Resend). You receive one confirmation email.
Spam protection. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a real person is submitting it. Cloudflare may process technical data such as your IP address and browser details for this check.
Analytics. When enabled, I use PostHog to understand which pages are useful. It receives an anonymous browser identifier, the pages you visit, and a few interactions such as opening a project, viewing an article, or viewing and submitting the contact form. It does not receive the contents of the contact form, your name or your email address. IP-based location enrichment and session recording are turned off.
Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare, which may log standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance.
I do not offer visitor accounts, so I don't collect any login information from visitors.
How I use it

- To protect the site and the contact form from spam and abuse
- To understand which pages and resources are useful
I don't sell your data or share it with anyone for marketing.
How long I keep it
I keep contact messages for as long as I need them to handle your inquiry and any project that follows from it. You can ask me to delete your message at any time.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of the information I hold about you, or ask me to correct or delete it, by emailing contact@abdallahhussein.com. You can also block analytics with your browser's privacy settings or a content blocker; the site keeps working without it.
Links to other sites
This site links to other services such as LinkedIn and GitHub. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
Changes
If this policy changes, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
